Can't remember title of this crime/mystery book?

I read a book and now I need to desperately find it again, however I can't remember the title or the names of the characters or the author!
The edition I read was a red and black paperback cover and it had a picture of a scalpel on top of it and the title was in red. The book was about a small group of surgeons killing children under the pretext of giving them a better life and then using their organs and selling them illegally to people who were on their death beds.
