Is this considered short , tall, or super tall in Japan?

14 years old, and am 5'7 which is close to 161 cm.

I think that's pretty average. The average height of males in Japan is 165.5cm/5'5" and for females in Japan it's 153.0cm/5'0". I guess it just depends which gender to be honest. You're pretty tall if you're female but if you're male, a bit taller but not much.
