Webcam notification light HELP!

I have a problem with multi- users using my computer even if I don't give them permission to use it. So I setted up RAT on my computer so I can view what's going on. BUT the actual problem is that notification light in webcam is turned on while I'm streaming it. I have usb 2.0 1,3M UVC Webcam. SO: The acctual question is: Can I turn on that light without damaging it? By disabling it in registry OR flashing custom driver. AND WHEN (at what stream rate) does light turn on?
