Please help me choose what kind of removal website I should make?

I have a removal company and I want to expand my business by opening a website but before I open one I thought it would be better if I could have some opinion from people.

Would you prefer to go to a removal website, read their company profile and then make a booking by placing your collection address and delivery address, list of contents and then get an instant quote then perhaps pay a deposit and make an instant booking.
This option also allows to email or contact by phone the removal company.

OR

Would you prefer to go to a website, read the company's profile and then email them with your query or call them.

The reason why I am asking your opinion is because the first site costs between £500 and £1000 whereas the second option would only cost £200.
