Does anyone know the name of these to manga?

The first manga is about this three delinquent guys who are well known except for there leader even though he named the group and they meet three delinquent girls who always mess with their leader.
The other manga I think its a one shot or just has one chapter released its about this kid who turns his ninja like child hood friend into a servent using a scroll that turns his hair white.
