want to learn to do back flips, front flips, somersaults, vaults and other things in gymnastics. I work out in the gym, but I am not super flexible. I used to volunteer at a session at my local council that had a inflatable tumble track. I was able to handstands and attempted to do a handspring, but I could not land on my feet. That session stopped and ever sine than I have.wanted to learn gymnastics. The other reason I want to learn is when I go to university to study Physical education. I have to learn gymnastics, so my reason Is why don't I learn it now. The problem is I am very shy and If I turn up I might mike a fool of myself.
Any advice and should I contact a club and say I want to learn gymnastics will you teach me.
