Mail/ USPS Delivery and Snow Delays

The Governor shut down the Long Island Expressway for 8 hours because of the blizzard last night. The LIE is practically the only way on or off the island.

I'm anticipating mail and was wondering if the USPS will finish their deliveries later on. It's 7pm and we have not gotten mail on this street yet. There is no information about snow delays on the website or the local news and from what I've read, the post offices were open today. My mailbox is not covered in snow and the streets are mostly paved.
