Help is it legal to own a Nigerian dwarf goat in bucks county pa?

i want to start homesteading and I already asked about chickens but I also want to know about laws on goats I picked nigerians because they are small and great dairy goats so I think they would be a great adition because I dont have enough room for a cow.
