Should I be shy about taking my shirt off in public?

I am a guy with a small chest. I like taking my shirt off on sunny days, but only in the park or by water. I am still shy about taking it off anywhere else.

xDDDDDD nope. Just think of it this way "you are not an old fat hairy chested man" so yeah you probably dont look that bad so why should you be shy :p there will always be people that look ALOT worse than you :)

Why should you be shy about that? Do whatever you want and if other people are rude about it, then that's their problem.
