My blackberry bold 9700 cannot send message

everytime I try to text message . it always says not available .. what to do ? pls help.. thanks !!

You can try the following
1. Verify that your BlackBerry device is connected to the wireless network.
2. If the menu item for sending a message doesn't appear, verify that you've added an email address, a PIN, or a phone number for your contact.
3. If you created an email address or added an existing email address to your device using the email setup screen in the Setup application, verify that you've received an activation message on your device from the BlackBerry® Internet Service.
4. If you haven't received a registration message from the wireless network, register your device. On the Home screen or in a folder, click the Options icon. Click Device > Advanced System Settings > Host Routing Table. Press the key > Register Now.
5. Generate an encryption key.
6. Verify that data service is turned on.
7. Resend the message.
I guess it will definitely solve your problem for sending messages with Blackberry 9700.
