Is my site user friendly and what would you add or change?

I have been doing some major remodelling of my website over the past few months. Me and my team have went over it a few hundred times testing usability and overall performance. Anyways, I would you guys, if you could, to take a look at it and give me some good ideas for further improvement. Does it spark a "wow" or is it a turn off? It would really be great if you guys give me honest feedback!
