I am having breast surgery, what do I tell people?

I have assymerical breasts, one bigger than the other, so I am having surgery, first to get both to the same size, then implants, what do I tell people, because I will be recovering while at university and I don't want to tell people I got surgery because I had assymerical breasts.

Yeah but I live with them, so they will notice something is going on and the fact that my boobs will be smaller, will make it very obvious
