No you're not going to jail. This is simply something that certain sites do to make sure that people don't break their rules or anything. The site can monitor anyone's activities to make sure that no one breaks these rules. It sounds like your Ingo Money app broke a rule, or that the site thought it broke a rule. Find a place on the site where they have customer support and contact them and tell them what happened.
