I am a fit and healthy 13 year old girl. Before this recent summer I have been fine walking and running without any issues until this summer. I was running and my hip felt like it had fallen out of place. I couldn't walk or run. This happens every time I run or it will just happen randomly. Now it has moved down to my left leg around my knee cap area.
I struggle to walk when this happens and I limp to walk around. Especially at p.e. time at school I struggle to walk and most of the time I have to sit out because I am afraid that it will pop out again. It is really getting on my nerves!!! Does anyone know what I can do???
P.s. I can bend my leg but I can't put any weight on it.
