How to recover deleted files from usb?

My friend just accidentally deleted a file folder in my usb using his laptop, just realised it when I got home. Been trying to recover it using a iSkysoft but the app cant find it. It only shows files that I'd deleted using may laptop. Pls help

Have you scanned the USB? You should choose the USB as the target location to scan.

once I also used iSkysoft utility but I was unable to rescue data from USB drive then I used utility referred as Remo Recover. After using this tool I easily rescued my lost data from USB drive. you can also go for this utility.

When a file is deleted from hard drive, it doesn't mean that the file has been wiped from hard drive, the files system just make a "deleted" flag to the data, whihc make us can't see it as normal. Until new data save to the space where the original data save in, it will be overwritten by new data.
