Money stolen from my bank accout

Last month a 100$ was stolen from my bank accout and I was told that whoever hack my accout came from china, the bank refunded my money back but still are the cops atlest gonna do something and arrest the guy!? cause it doesn't look like they ain't doing nothing about it
