I keep getting spontaneously wet, what's wrong with me?

I'm sixteen years old and a girl, and recently, I've had the sensation of being wet in my pants in school and at home, seemingly without reason, sometimes so much as to get a wet spot on my jeans. Is there something wrong with me?

I get that too but I don't know what it's for. It's just Mucas or something like that.
