A girl in my class asked me today, if I was straight or gay, does this mean she is hinting that she likes me?
I'm a straight male, by the way. I'm just want to see if I should ask her out or not.

you might come off as being gay. she may or may not like you, it could be purely out of assumption like people might think you are gay. I don't know but if you like her ask her out

She's probably making fun of you or just asking a simple question. She might like you a little.
