Can anyone give me advice on an unlawful detainer?

This is a brief description of what is going on; I own my mobile home. I only rent the lot that it sits on. Several months ago I had a "falling out" with the manager. Things were bad enough that I had a restraining order put on him. I still had to pay my monthly lot rent to him and I did and I have all my receipts to prove it. About two months ago the manager was fired for suspected embezzlement and replaced by new management. The new manager says that he has no record of my payments and that my receipts were "bogus receipts" and now I'm facing eviction and I was served with an unlawful detainer. I filed a response with the courts and had my response served properly. I got a letter from the the mobile home parks attorney that says the owner is willing to drop the lawsuit for the money they say I owe and lift the lien they put on my home if I move my mobile home out of the park in 30 days. I have until October 16th and then the offer expires and they will take me to court. All I know is that I have been paying my lot rent to the same guy for almost three years and that the months in question were no different. I paid my rent and I got a receipt for it. Without help in this matter, I feel that I my lose my home. Please help.
