Can I still be sued if there isn't a serious injury in a car accident?

I hit a pedestrian at a crosswalk. I was obeying all laws, and I didn't receive any tickets. The boy was riding his bike through the crosswalk without a helmet. (you're supposed to get off your bike and walk through the crosswalk.) He didn't suffer any serious injuries. No sprains or broken bones. He was slightly limping for the first few steps, but then he was fine. Can I still be sued?

A lawsuit can be filed for about anything. Make sure you notify your insurance company of the incident in case they need to collect information while it is still available.
