I'm 14 and I'm 6' and I weight approximately 155 pounds. I've been working out 6 out of 7 days a week for the past Two weeks. Things are going pretty well, I lost 2 Kgs already. (Which I think is pretty good.) I just wanted some input on my diet, I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to be eating to support muscle growth. If you have any tips on diets and working out in general it's appreciated.
