Flash game creation

well I wanna learn how to create some good flash games like nitrome games for example, but I dont know where to start, I know there are some tutorials on making flash games but I dont understand them and end up copy pasting all code :/ so can somone recomend me some good books about flash games creation so I would be able to create games on my own :)
