Well just because your ISP advertises a certain speed, doesn't necessarily mean you will get that speed 24/7. There are a lot of factors impacting streaming media (up or down) The servers that store the media, the bandwidth of the website, if you are on a cable network, then the time of day and the load on that ISP could also impact it. For example, with some cable companies you share bandwidth with the other users that are on the same backbone you are on (think of it like people sharing the same waterline in your neighborhood - the more people running water, the lower the water pressure could be at your home) this is the same with some internet providers. Go to a website that measures your bandwidth speed and make sure you are getting the correct speeds you pay for. If you consistently get less, call your ISP. Got to speedtest dot net and you can test your bandwidth - it's reliable, I use them often.

Good luck!
