How can I measure watts as a function of time on an electric motor?

I want to measure watts as a function of time on a motor running a mixer. I'd like to be able to store the data on a computer so that I could produce graphs of watts as a function of time. The time of mixing will be no longer than 8 minutes.

You would need a device that measures amperage and voltage and inputs those numbers digitally into a computer at a chosen sampling rate relative to time.

For example:
10:01, 3.2, 120.23
10:02, 3.2, 120.1
10:03, 3.4, 120.25

Wattage = Amperage times voltage
