I don't know what to do and I am becoming seriously depressed because of it

Ok so this kinda long I apologize in advance. So about 6 years ago my father asked my husband to move me closer to home. He agreed to give us a house and lawn mower if we lived here for 5 years. Shortly after we moved here my husband suffered a back injury and hasn't been able to work since. Now my father says he never told us he would give us this stuff but that he would give it to my son when he turns 18. My husband still feels he earned the house and says if it doesn't get signed over we are moving but I don't think we earned it since we haven't even paid a utility bill in like 2 years. He also says if we end up divorced because of this he is going to take my parents house because my name is on the deed. I don't know what to do. Oh yeah he also says if we get divorced he is taking my son too which is probably the only reason we are together .

You should start saving up money like you know for a fact that divorce is happening. And try to keep those funds secret at all costs.
