Im pending suspension for an unpaid ticket will it pop up on a employer dmv background

I was offered a job by prince telecom which is a contractor for time warner.and I'm pending suspension on my drivers license at end of month for unpaid tickets..the background will be done before the suspension date along with the fines being paid shorty after background check is completed due to money issues.but I will not actually go under suspension just pending? Plz help
