Is there an app that records piano/guitar notes and tells you which notes are you playing?
I am a piano beginer and I composed a song but I want to know the notes I am playing.

You would need a keyboard with a MIDI interface and computer software like Cakewalk. MIDI will transmit data like timing data, the key number, key-on and key-off, velocity etc. The computer receives the data and is capable of recording it and displaying it in a piano roll view, sheet music etc. The computer can then repeat the process by sending the data back to the keyboard for replay.

It is important to understand that MIDI data is not sound data, it is a sequence of numbers intended to reconstruct what you entered from the keyboard. It's a great tool for learning music.
