How can I install flash player on my android mobile?

honesty I wanted to install whack your boss(It's a game) but when I want to open says it needs flash player but the problem is when I download and install flash on my mobile wants to connect the internet and page comes up is about flash player setting and I found it out really boring to read the whole so any idea what I suppose to do???
