Does a youtube video needs a video_ts folder before burning it to a dvd disc?

i want to save videos on dvd disc, but I don't know if I have to make first a video_ts folder so it can totally play it on dvd players. but I don't know how to make one? please am\nswer if you understand my question

You can directly convert and burn your videos onto DVD, and create a ISO for backup your DVDs.
