Could I be pregnant on the Implanon implant?

It has been about two weeks since I had sex and I used no protection. I have had my inplanon for almost two years. I was having cramps at the time I had sex like I would have been on my period if I still had them. I have been having mild cramps the past week along with morning nausea. the past few days. Today I kept belching while at work and felt as if I could get sick at any time. Is it too soon to be sure and it is possible since I dont really have periods? When should I take a home test?

Probably not, but no birth control is 100%. That's how my son came to be! Best to take a test.
