How can I start playing cloud nine online? It wont let me play and ive tried everything.

Someone please help!!!! Ive tried what the directions told me, I downloaded the netgame launcher, did the add on thing for Ie, and did it all in firefox. It always takes me back to the guides when I click start game in the website. If I have to download the game ive tried to too but it always gives me errors or freezes, I tried the 2 first downloads from the website a couple times, so if anyone knows any good websites or something to download cloud nine, let me know. Please help ive tried it for days already and I want to play it badly :(
