Abnormal urine test can someone please explain

I took a urine test and it read moderate for blood and 100 mg/DL for protein the Dr wasn't my Dr I was just taking a physical for a job (a drug test) he didnt explain much but what can this possibly mean.. he just said I need to contact my Dr its not good for high protein
