Would you build any less muscle in 24 hours if you excercised different amounts of muscle?

Would you build any less muscle mass if you exercised one small muscle and got it sore for a certain period of time or several larger muscles for the same certain period of time? For example, if you only did bicep curls as your workout, would any less/more total muscle be built 24 hours later by doing a full body workout instead? like in grams of muscle added during the 24 hours, would there be any difference?
