Problems facing learners in schools

If you were the principal how would you solve the problems faced by the learners in schools

All school systems have an organized program for teaching the students and helping them with their problems. Those systems are set up by the school board, not the principal. The principal's job is to make sure the system runs smoothly and everybody does their job, including the students.
