I have a White crust in my nipple

I'm 13 and I am going through puberty, I haven't started my period. Yet, my breasts are growing but are only small, I don't wear a bra anyway...
I got into the shower one day and I say a whitish crust inside my nipple, I showed my mum she said she will take me the doctors but I think she's forgotten I don't want to go though. I do have dry skin and eczema and I just thought it was this but it has been that but I am getting worried now. Please help me I'm really scared:'( x

Oh, don't worry. Im 12 and everybody has that. It's completely normal. It's cuz like the nipple part hasn't developed enough and its sort of like transforming from a "dot" to an actual nipple. Don't go to the doctors its nothing at all.
