I need to earn some money to buy clothes.

I'm 14. I Can't exactly get a job because I live in two states. (divored parents) I want to earn money myself because my mom needs to save it. (She's pregnant with twins) and my dad is having to pay for the majority of my clothes for school (I'm moving in with my dad so I want to make a good impression) but I know I will need- not need but want- more clothes and shoes... How could I get a job? I can't do the neighborhood crap, and I'm not sure how to start the babysitting thing.
-I live with my mom originally, I am staying with my dad for the summer but he lives at one place during the week and another over the weekend.
HELP PLEASE?
