Japan had a long run-up to WWII, starting in 1931. They were isolated from the rest of the world. In that period of history, they had the capability of making military ordinance but not high tech devices like movie cameras which were in their infancy of development at that time. Their news media produced propaganda aimed at exciting the Japanese population within and gaining sympathy for Japanese causes outside the country. There just wasn't much use for documenting their basic military training. For those reasons, I'm not sure the videos exist.
