Is there a way to download a file from the internet to a cloud drive directly

I want to know if there is a way to download files from an online source to an online CLOUD DRIVE(online memory) directly without having to pass through my computer.

Example I press download and tell it to download directly to the cloud drive
A =computer
B=download file
C=cloud drive
A tells B to download to C
Okay if anyones lost then shit I dumbed it down to retard level

The technology is certainly capable of doing that. It would be no different than copying a file from one remote computer to another remote computer through a network. Whether or not it could be done on any specific connection would depend on the server-side features of the two web sites.
