When I click on mp3 download link it start playing?

IN all of my browser chrome firefox and internet explorer when I try to download audio or mp3 songs from websites like mp3skull.com etc so it starts playing in new tab rather than downloading I tried all ways including about:config way , there is no extension file of any player in my browser.
help me I am tired of this!!!!!!!!!!!

It sounds like the site is set up for streaming audio, not downloads just like You Tube does with video. If you load an audio program that records the sound system output, set it to 'Record' then play the song it should record it. You can then edit and clip off the blank area from the lead in.

i understand but I tried more than 10 websites but same problem occuring

Most all web sites are about making money. If you go to the web site every time you want to hear the song, they get paid for the advertising each of those times. If you download the song, they only get paid once.
