800m sprints (IN 5 DAYS) PLZ HELP - TRAINING ADVICE

Senior school sports carnival - running 800m, and was told by sports teacher the average time would be 3 mins for whole 800m - so far, takes me 5 - 6 mins?!!!!(Only young, not sports athlete). Besides timing myself - I need help preparing for that day!!!

! OK WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS:
1.excersise daily like a good 10-25 minutes of hard-core working out!

2.make sure you bring a water bottle with you to drink when you run!(also drink a lot of water before u run but not to much or u got to go to the washroom so go to the washroom first too.)

3. eat health and make sure you get a lot of sleep.

4. I hope this helps and watch bubzbeauty cause she a you tuber and she a great person to show great work out and health foods in some vids.
