Who can differentiate between real and unreal object?

People who are not schizophrenic, I suppose. However, 'real' is kind of a relative term. We have no absolute way of telling whether anything is real, we can only decide: if I can see it, and you can see it, it's probably real, unless you are a figment of my imagination as well.
