What can they do with my IP address?

If someone have my IP address they can able to spy on my every move on internet? like I have post it here or about which social networking site I use including my ID?

Not from just knowing your IP address alone. Most often the IP address you are using changes from session to session and a firewall protected machine can't be accessed from the outside without you installing some kind of software that initiates the data transfer. But there are other ways that information about you can be produced from using your computer.

A key-logger virus can record everything you type on your keyboard including user names and passwords. Many of the programs we use keep non-identifying statistical information on where you go and what you do on the Internet. Even some of the businesses you deal with sell information about you. Verizon just announced that they are selling information on their customers including their postal mailing address but not their names. Verizon's excuse for it is so that their customers get advertising that better relates to them. The notice understandably started with, "Dear Valued Customer" as in, Cha-Ching!
