Reason for visit: Established patient for excision of sebaceous cyst on her face. She has history of repeated infections in the cyst.
Procedure note: Area prepped and infiltrated with local anesthetic. The skin was incised and the 1 cm cyst and its wall were removed. The cavity irrigated and closed. There were no complications.
