XBOX Live credit problems?

NEW COD Dlc came out im trying to get microsoft points but when I buy points theres a problem its says "Cant Authorize the selected payment. PLease select a differebt option or add a new one" ITS pissing me off... I go to the payment options and my moms credit card isnt there!! Its a whole new different number and the card holder name is 5781211 just a bunch of different number How do I solve this? Im not calling Microsoft though
