Virtual pet and role playing web page?

I really want to make a web page but I want it to be a virtual pet and role playing combined like chickensmoothie.com but I can't find any were that will let me make one on the same webpage I would like it to be easey to make but I'm ok with hard to make I would like some people that are interested and like codeing to help out with the codeing and staff is there any were I can make a webpage like that? Thanks
