Is it incorrect to say I have got time in the situation below?" Im gonna go to the dentist. Because I have got time" My friend told me it was wrong and I'm confused...

You could say:
"I'm going to go to the dentist because I have time"

If you spoke this then tell your friend to shut up because grammar is incorrect almost always colloquially.

If not that then the only thing wrong is the because starting a sentence and depending on the context it may be totally acceptable.

thanks guys. my friend said "we'd say I have got plenty of time. if you just say I have got time, it means you're an extremely important person."
