What is the best Android cell phone with a QWERTY keyboard that is available in Canada?

I'm from southern Ontario, and I'm looking to get a new cell phone. It's kind of a tall order, but I'd like one with a landscape, slider QWERTY keyboard. I prefer Androids, so it definitely should be a smartphone. If possible I'd like one from a carrier that doesn't require a contract, but if that's not possible then I'll take one that I can purchase unlocked (online or otherwise). Thank you in advance!
