Can someone please help with decrypting one of my files?

I got a game from a friend on the external but the file is encrypt , I cant find a way to decrypt the file need help please I don't have the EFS certificate for the file and cant access permission to get in the file I tried to "unable encryption" but it keeps saying access denied any help?? oh and I cant get the certificate from my friend because he's too far away from me.
