If by saying you don't like women, you're saying you have no sexual attraction for women, then no, you're not abnormal. For some people attraction just goes latent for a little while. Some people are asexual, and there's nothing wrong with that. There's an interesting documentary I found recently on Netflix about asexuality. It's called (A)sexual. .... Or, if you're just focused on your career and not interested in the distraction of a relationship, that's fine, too. Nothing wrong with that. You don't have to date if you don't want to. Once I was "intentionally single" for about two years or so because I just needed to get myself (career, self-esteem, etc.) together. Nothing wrong with taking time for you.
.... But, like Rob said, if it's a hatred of women (which I don't think you were saying because you mentioned not being gay, but...) then that's something to look at closely and rectify.
