i don't like women, i'm not gay either and I am 20.
I saw all my friends dating girls but me I don't care about them, I'm just caring about my career.
Am I normal ?

There is a name for it: misogynist. The female equivalent is "misandrist." I wouldn't call it normal in the sense that it's common among men but you surely aren't alone. If you just don't care to be with women that's one thing but if you actively hate women you might want to try to understand why to make sure it doesn't make problems for you in some way.

Not really. You should really want them at this stage but you are being pragmatic and putting your career first, which is fine, but try finding a balance between career and dating.

If by saying you don't like women, you're saying you have no sexual attraction for women, then no, you're not abnormal. For some people attraction just goes latent for a little while. Some people are asexual, and there's nothing wrong with that. There's an interesting documentary I found recently on Netflix about asexuality. It's called (A)sexual. .... Or, if you're just focused on your career and not interested in the distraction of a relationship, that's fine, too. Nothing wrong with that. You don't have to date if you don't want to. Once I was "intentionally single" for about two years or so because I just needed to get myself (career, self-esteem, etc.) together. Nothing wrong with taking time for you.

.... But, like Rob said, if it's a hatred of women (which I don't think you were saying because you mentioned not being gay, but...) then that's something to look at closely and rectify.

I know a whole bunch of guys with the same problem. It's probably because people never feel attracted to girls (or guys) until they find their soul mate.

its may be due to some disease also.there is some reason about why u dont like them u should sort that out.rather ......

this means you are aeromantic wo you are attrackted to niether. Or you've never met someone you are attracted too
