Is there a type of chocolate that is healthy for me but doesn't have as much sugar as the others.

Dark chocolate lowers high blood pressure if you've reached a certain age and have mild high blood pressure, say the researchers. But you have to balance the extra calories by eating less of other things.

I can suggest one healthy chocolate, Louis Sherry Chocolates. These are very yummy, smooth as well as healthy. One of my friends gifted this to me on my birthday this year and trust me guys, I became a fan of this one. One box consists of 24 truffles and Louis Sherry signature trefoils. It is extremely yummy and soft. Also, there are a few health benefits of eating this chocolate. Such as:

Deposition of anti oxidant in the body.
Lower heart disease risk.
Enhances blood flow.
